Warranty

We are aware that electronic devices can fail despite rigorous quality control at factory level. If you have purchased your product within the last year and feel that the Dr Bee Product you purchased is faulty either structurally or electronically, please contact us at info@drbee.org.uk, alternatively call us on + 44 1993 252 247 between GMT 9AM – 5PM Monday to Friday. We will attempt to find out where the product has failed and if necessary ask you to send the complete product or just the part in question along with your original receipt obtained at time of purchase. Once it has reached our offices, we will review and investigate the problem. If we can repair the fault, it will be mended and returned to you, alternatively the part will be replaced. In the case of it being a genuine warranty case, we will cover all the postage costs, providing it was send according to our requested method. Should it not be a warranty case, we will charge a £10 maintenance fee plus postage payable before the product is returned.


Returns

We are able to accept your return if you inform us within 7 days of receiving the product, however the return postage costs are not refunded.
Please keep in mind that you have a duty of care and the hygienic seal on the Dr Bee Aspirator is not to be broken. Any product purchased on our website/eBay is not to be used should you wish to return it upon your initial inspection.
If you have purchased the product directly from us, you can contact us at info@drbee.org.uk, alternatively call us on + 44 1993 252 247 between GMT 9AM – 5PM Monday to Friday. If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly and ask for a copy of their returns policy. Please make sure you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
